Our Pieces
Each LUSIN piece is thoughtfully created, often by hand, which means slight variations may naturally occur.
While we take care to ensure all descriptions, imagery, and pricing are correct, occasional errors may happen. If this occurs, we’ll contact you with the option to proceed or cancel your order.
Availability is not guaranteed, and we may discontinue pieces at any time.
A Note on Charms & Clasps
Our jewellery is designed to be worn and loved, but it is also delicate by nature.
Charms and clasps can loosen over time if not handled with care. Once your piece has been delivered, we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage.
If something arrives faulty, please reach out within 7 days with clear photos so we can review it under our warranty considerations.
Orders
Placing an order does not automatically mean it has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive notification via email.
Payments
All payments must be made through the methods provided at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Shipping
As many of our pieces are handcrafted, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for dispatch.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been sent, delivery is handled by the courier. For any delays or issues in transit, we recommend contacting them directly.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
• Custom or personalised pieces
• Sale items
• Earrings
• Items that have been worn or damaged
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, they will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Orders placed using Afterpay are eligible for store credit only.
Ownership & Content
Everything you see on this website — including imagery, branding, wording, and design — belongs to LUSIN.
It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Access
We may suspend or restrict access to our website if we believe these terms have been breached or if necessary for security or maintenance reasons.
