We use natural crystals, semi-precious gemstones and coral, paired with 14k gold-filled elements chosen for their soft warm finish and longevity. Charms are 14k gold-plated and finished with a tarnish-resistant coating.
All pieces are ready to ship. Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days of purchase. Delivery time then depends on your location.
Yes, within 14 days of delivery - provided items are unworn, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. Custom pieces, sale items, earrings and worn items are excluded.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes and chemicals, and store carefully when not in use. This preserves both the natural stones and the warm finish of the 14k gold-filled metalwork.
